The company s not a market member and therefore does not execute orders on the financial markets itself. It selects intermediaries to place orders on the market on behalf of its collective and individual management activity under mandates. Hugau Hestion selects intermediaries to place orders on the market on behalf of its collective and individual management activity under mandates.

Hugau Gestion does not execute orders but transmits them to intermediaries. The company is therefore responsible for the quality of selection of these intermediaries. (Best selection in the sense of the RGAMF regulation).

HUGAU GESTION has the obligation to select intermediaries whose execution policy ensures the best possible result for its clients.

This obligation is therefore for HUGAU GESTION to select its intermediaries, according to defined criteria (and in the first place, the total price criterion), to check the effectiveness of its selection policy, to update it regularly and to keep customers informed of significant changes.
Hugau Gestion chooses to consider itself as a "professional client" and asks the intermediaries (brokers) to categorize it as such, so that they provide it with the "best execution" in fulfilling the orders sent by Hugau Gestion.
