Intermediation costs have not exceeded 500,000 euros, in the 2013 fiscal period, Hugau Gestion does not reglementary have to publish it in accordance with the Article 314-82 of the General Regulations of the (AMF) autority.

Intermediation costs are the costs, including, paid directly or indirectly by third parties that provide all taxes:

• The service of reception and transmission of orders and the execution of orders on behalf of third party service;

• Support services to the investment decision-making and execution.
